1. Introduction

Welcome to NEXUS ("the App"), the official employee directory and app hub developed and operated by Meghna Group of Industries ("MGI", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App. By downloading, installing, or using NEXUS, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

NEXUS is intended exclusively for current employees of Meghna Group of Industries and its subsidiaries. This App is not available for general public use. Access requires identity verification through MGI's employee verification system. Unauthorized access or use by non-employees is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Registration and Security

• You must register using your official MGI email address and complete identity verification as required by MGI.
• Authentication is handled via a secure verification code sent to your registered email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account or verification codes with any other person.
• You agree to notify MGI IT support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use NEXUS only for legitimate business purposes related to your employment at MGI. You shall not:

• Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or disruptive purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or any systems connected to the App.
• Copy, distribute, or disclose any employee data or proprietary information obtained through the App.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to design, graphics, text, software, logos, and trademarks — are the exclusive property of Meghna Group of Industries and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Termination of Access

Your access to NEXUS is contingent on your active employment with MGI. Upon resignation, termination, or any other end of your employment relationship, your access to the App will be revoked. MGI reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at its sole discretion.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. MGI makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the App. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MGI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

MGI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted within the App and will take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles.
